Which exchanges actually serve Vietnam

Registration from Vietnam is open on Binance (confirmed against Binance's official prohibited-countries list and, for referral eligibility, in writing by Binance BD), OKX, Bybit, Bitget and Hyperliquid. Gate is the exception: its user agreement explicitly lists Vietnam among restricted jurisdictions, so we do not show Gate to Vietnamese visitors at all.
