Where the Binance Wallet referral code actually goes

The Binance Wallet is not a standalone app. It is an MPC wallet built into the Binance app, and Binance requires you to be a verified Binance user before you can create one.

"While the Binance Wallet is a self-custody wallet and does not require users to complete identity verification, it is important to note that it is embedded within the Binance app. Hence, to create a Binance Wallet, you have to be a verified Binance user."
— Binance official Wallet FAQ, question 13

This is where most people stall: the referral link drops you on the wallet home screen, and the field for the code is not there. So start by picking your situation.

Referral code

REBATEDEX

30% trading fee rebate

A. I do not have a Binance account yet

  1. 1
Register on Binance from here first

The wallet program and the exchange program are two separate systems and are credited separately. Starting here also applies our exchange referral code COINREBATE; going straight to the wallet page leaves that part unclaimed.

  2. 2
Complete identity verification in the Binance app — Binance requires it before the wallet can be created
  3. 3
Back in the Binance app: Home → Wallet tab at the top → Create Wallet
  4. 4
Find the referral-code field in the wallet and enter REBATEDEX

B. I already have a Binance account

  1. 1
Make sure identity verification is done — it is a prerequisite for creating the wallet
  2. 2
Home → Wallet tab at the top → Create Wallet (skip if you already have a wallet)
  3. 3
Enter referral code REBATEDEX in the wallet
Open the Binance Wallet invite page

This button sends you to the official Binance invite page. On mobile it may open the Binance app directly — if the app lands on the wallet home screen, follow steps 2 and 3 above.

A few things worth knowing

  • Where the 30% comes from: Binance gives the invitee 10% by default, and the inviter can allocate a further 0–20% from their own share. We allocate all of it, which is how it reaches 30% (official FAQ question 16).
  • Once you accept the rate it is locked to that link and neither side can change it (official FAQ question 3).
  • Brand-new wallet users get a binding pop-up when they open a referral link. Existing wallet users get nothing and have to enter the code by hand — which is exactly why this page exists (official FAQ question 11).
  • If your wallet is already bound to someone else’s code we cannot change it, and Binance does not offer a rebinding channel. Do not close your account to switch codes — that breaks Binance’s rules and the risk is entirely yours.
  • We never touch your funds and cannot see your account. Binance settles the rebate to you directly; we are only the referral link.
